Respected Sir, Manager o[censored]nion Bank Of India. Sir i want to your kind attention toward that i have done a transaction through online banking and that time the amount has been deducted from my account but not reached the sufficient place where i want to pay.after that i have confirmed from other side also but they didn't get any type of amount from my side. My transaction Detail Given Below... Date :- 2nd December 2014 Particulars Detail :- POS:PAYU MONEY/GURGAON/[protected] Amount :- 160 Rs. Debit and another transaction Detail also Given below... Date :- 2nd December 2014 Particulars Detail :- POS:PAYU MONEY/GURGAON/[protected] Amount :- 160 Rs. Debit I am also complaint union bank customer care and complaint on is 9422585 and 9422602.but not problem was not resolve. So kindly check the detail of my account and refund my amount as soon as possible. I hope you will took action quickly and satisfy you customer with your positive response.
