Union Bank Of India — complaint : regarding to amount deducted from a/c during atm transaction.

I am amar rai, i have done a transaction from icici bank atm on 17/04/2018 in rupees 1000/- but money
Did not come out from atm machine but the amount was deducted from my bank a/c, today almost 14 day's
Complete but that amount has been not refunded.

Please help me regarding this transaction, i am outside of base branch city, so please accept my email
