Union Bank Of India — credit card complaints related to cibil overdue amount.

I have already done all payments regulary, still my cibil reflects the overdue amount for union bank credit card. And due to this my cibil gets low... For the same i m constantly visiting bank and calling customer care but havent got any proper reply for the same... Last option for me was mailing... Kindly reply with a proper solution... Or i have to take legal steps.

I'm Ghanshyam chouhan, i applied on 9/4/2019 to open my new union bank account. then i give 2000 rupees on accountant counter. after now i give to Entry for transition then it's show no money in my account.
he's frauds with me in union bank in bali.
