Union Bank Of India — debit card renewal

I have the debit card o[censored]bi which is to be expired after dec 2017. As i am currently living in bhubneshwar serving private company, it is not possible for me to reach home branch after expiry of my card.
Secondly there is no provision on banks website to apply for renewal of debit card online.
Hence can i get renewed debit card as like in other bank's bank who automatically send the fresh card before expiry of earlier one.
Awaiting for the positive reply.

Sir mera naam Devraj kurmi he, sir mene 3 october 2017 ko 6000/- upi transaction kiya tha phone pe application se lekin transfer failed ho gaya tha or amount bhi Dr ho gaya tha mere account se or abhi tak refund bhi nahi aya sir please help me
