Union Bank Of India — deduction of money from my savings account for a failed online transaction | |||
Dear sir/madam, with respect to the above subject i would like to inform you that in 16th of october 2017 rs 941 got debited from my account (branch-kalkere, Bangalore) when i tried to pay a phone bill through paytm but the transaction was declined by the bank. I contacted the customer care regarding the same and i have recieved a complaint number. But the status is not intimated at all. I wanted to know when will I get the refund of the money as the problem was from the bank's server and I do not wish to lose my money for the same.
