Yesterday on 18-dec-2017, i had added rs. 5000/- in digipurse app.
But while opening digipurse today, i found error below message –

So i am requesting to you please look into to this matter & update to asap.

Rs5000 debited on 19/12/2017 at 13.02 pm but transaction failed . Transaction done by google tez app. Already contacted tez customer care. Bank reversal failure they confirmed. Transaction details attached with screen shot below. Kindly refund immediately.
