Union Bank Of India — digipurse wallet money | |
I have loaded my digipurse account for rupees 10000 on 23/01/2017, i am unable to withdraw money or neither use in any merchandise through virtual debit card. Then i came to know that withdrawal not available as per rbi guidelines. But why virtual debit card of the platform not working anywhere? Is there any restrictions for that too? When i contact union bank of india customer care, they told me to send email to [protected]@unionbankofinda.com, i mailed on 27/01/2017. But untill now i did not get any reply from them. I booked the tickets on Book my show on[protected] . The money has been deducted but the tickets has not been booked. On furthur on contacting Book my show i cam to know that they have refunded the amount to Union bank of India.My account is in Kothapally(H) Karimnagar(Dist) and bearing account number [protected]
