Union Bank Of India — dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". | |||
A refund of Rs.1498 was initiated by Amazon to my account (Account name- Deepak sahu, Ac/no. [protected]) on March 8, 2018. The reference number for the refund is 74188136. The company provided me with a confirmation mail of the processed refund but I never got it from the bank's side. I had contacted your customer service team via call many times yet I didn't get any substantial solution. I have never faced such a problem before.
