Union Bank Of India — error in upi registration

Address:Union Bank vijayawada main branch, 520001

I have opened new current account. I have got new debit card. I can withdraw cash and also i can make online transaction.
But coming to registraion in upi, g pay, phone pay etc, it is always showing as - debit card details are wrong. I. Am entering all my details correctly. I have tried many times. I am loosing my customers as they are not able to make small payments through the app.

I ordered food through zomato and the order was not placed and cancelled.. Rs 200 was debited from my account in union bank...My RRN Is [protected]. Kindly Refund as soon as possible..
