[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — failed transaction amount deducted | |
I did a transaction of rs 5000/- from union bank account no [protected] to punjab national bank account no [protected] on 13/10/17 by union bank upi app. Amount deducted from above mentioned union bank account but not received in pnb account. I filed a complaint in their upi app and email on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com, but still not a single response received from both. Dec 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Bank refunded money after 2 months and 7 days Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
