Sir, I have been sanctioned family pension by Rly authority vide letter WA/KGP/Pen/7th PC-Rev/217 dated 19/08/2021. On several inquiry i come to know that the order has been forwarded through UBI ZO Kolkata To UBI PENTION SECTION MUMBAI on 14/9/2021 Speed post No.EW[protected]. The order was received by Mumbai UBI people received on 17/09/2021. On correspondence with Mr, Sashi related with Rly pension section UBI New Delhi, he promised to release the same by 2nd Nov 21 but till date I could not received pension and arrears.
