Union Bank Of India — humiliation of customer by bank staff

Further to several emails starting from 04 sep 2019 till now i have not received any response from union bank of india so far there fore i am going to stop all future salary transfers to union bank account.

As mentioned earlier in my emails that on 04 sep 2019 at around 14 hrs one of staff in union bank humiliated me in front of the bank staff and customers.

They gave me false information, broke my six years old three separate fd which cause me penalty.

They broke all my fd but couldn't transfer money to my nri account then i had to go bank again after three days to collect new fd certificates for the same fd amount.

They barred my registered email id (Shoeb. [protected]@gmail.com) because i wrote incident to customer care and nri branch..

Now i am unable to sent email to bank which is big problem for me as i am working abroad and have only option to contact bank via emails.

I am nri customer having account with ubi for more than 10 years. I visit once in a year to india.

On my recent vacation i visited bank to make new fd on my nri account and to convert my old saving ac fd to nri fd.

The other staff told me to talk to the lady sitting behind counter in a separate desk so i assumed she is the branch manager.

The behavior of that lady was rude and has no decency to talk to customer.

She handed over my documents to another staff and they asked me to wait out side of counter.

After almost more than two hours they replied me that its not possible to transfer the fd amount to my nri account and for further query i need to talk to the manager.

When i asked that why she broke my fd when its not possible to transfer amount to nri the lady told me its a technical problem so i asked her how long it will take to be solved.

She said this will take six months to be solved. I asked her that how come she know that this will take six months? She had no reply instead she became furious and started humiliating me by saying that so what if you had wait for two hours, she blamed me that i come to the branch regular and sit there for 6 hours just to stare at her.
Further more she said i have never seen a girl thats why i am showing her attitude.
She forced me to say sorry 10 times other wise she will make my complain and she started asking my details which made me scared and i had to say sorry to her.

Referring to mentioned situation please unbarred my email so i can communicate to bank via email.

I am not feeling comfortable to visit the branch again as long as she is there as that lady told me that she will definitely do something against me.

Please do the needful.
