Union Bank Of India — IRCTC RuPay Prepaid Card Fraud | |
On 14-May, I tried to make a transaction on IRCTC website for 1841.18. The amount was charged on my RuPay prepaid card but the ticket not booked.
Cardholder Name: SIVA PRASAD KONTHAM
Card Number: 6071 XXXX XXXX 1197
Card Type: Virtual Card.
I have called the customer care and sent several emails to the concerned, but there is no resolution till date. Can you please look into it?
