Union Bank Of India — no refund for debited transaction

I recharged 2 times on number [protected] of telenor for rs. 25 on 26 january with the id registered on number [protected] and debited the amount from rupay card o[censored]nion bank, account no - [protected], but the recharge got failed while the money from account got debited both the times. When first time this happened, i again repeat the recharge but both times i got same results with no refund for failed transaction. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank
So i request the bank to refund my money soon of 50 rs. Back now as early as possible
