Union Bank Of India — No refund for failed transaction | |||||
I have recently ordered an item in ebay.in (on[protected]. But unfortunately due to some issues the transaction was failed and I got the same message that "The transaction was not successful". But the money was debited from the account. Don't know how could this happen even if the transaction is failed? Please do let me know whether I get the refund for sure. I have an account with union bank of India in Ramanagaram Branch my account number is [protected], I asked to give my debit card. But not a single reply from Sion branch. Pl help in this regard.
