Union Bank Of India — Not satisfied customer service | |||||
I had more than 30 savings and current account past 25 years, on your bank. After merged corporation bank to Union bank it’s not service good. They are treat irresponsive to customer. 1. statement regularly not received send to mail 2. as per RBI rules RTGS taken time only 10 min. but they are taken 6hr. 3.cash deposit machine facility not in here 4. They are no given response to customer………… 5. pass book entry also they are taken more than 2 days 6.Already more than 1000 customer on our bank, now 250 or 300 customers are changed new bank. I am your wellvisher in your bank, my friends circle also complimented to me that only i told.so please ignore this mail. NOTE: I MENTIONED ONLY NEW STAFF WORKING ARE NOT GOOD.
