Union Bank Of India — Not updating my mobile no. even after submitting hard copy personally | |||||
Dear sir, My details are as under:- Name: ratnesh kumar Bank account no.: [protected] Bank branch - pahari, patna Ifsc code: ubin0559971 When i had opened my bank account, it was associated with my father mobile no. [protected]. There was ok with that till my father lost his mobile handset and also the mobile no. Got deactivated. Now, i have got my personal mobile no. And i wanted to update the same at the above branch. I have submitted my written request two times to update my personal mobile no. ([protected]). But, they have not updated the same till date. Also, there is no any option to update the same through online process. So, please help me to get my mobile no. Updated.
