It has been ten times that i have to remind the bank to update my email address, as i want to register myself for internet banking. But the employees just take the application and put it in the heap of garbage. Its is such as shame. I have come to your branch for my phone no, updation for atleast 5 times. My cheque book took a long time. Iam so fed up with the services.
