Union Bank Of India — online payment cancelled but money debited from the account | |||
My name is Melita Murzello, I have a issue with a transaction that had taken place on the 30th November 2017, i was doing an online payment for an e-commerce mobile app (Club Factory) But at that very movement the page refreshed, i had almost completed the transaction. The money is debited from my account but has not reached the online payment portal. I confirm with the e-commerce customer care, they said it would be refunded within 2-3 days by the bank.
