Union Bank Of India — Payment declined | |||||
Account no-[protected] Branch- khora colony Name-Pradeep Sharma sir i had done a transaction of 14000rs at 12th April of 2017 via my android phone by UBI UPI into another account(Bank of India), transaction failed amount was debited from my account but not credited back.I waited for 48hrs but amount is not credit back into account . Sir app shows due to some technical problem transaction decline. Now transaction is not showing into the app and amount is debited.sir. I have been called customer care and even visit to my home branch but they are saying that they cannot do any thing in this. And i mail on the up.[protected]@ncpi.org.in 2 times but not getting any reply for this. Its a humble request you to do something as need urgent money. I have an International Union Bank of India Debit Card and for the Past Week I am unable to make any Transactions through the Card. This has been really frustrating as I am completely helpless in the Virtual World.
The Card and Account Status is Active.
Everything is technically Active and Positive but Transactions aren’t going through.
