Union Bank Of India — Payment unsuccessful on 'bookmyshow' website but deducted from my bank account | |||||
Dear union bank of india, Greetings of the day With due respect, i beg to say that myself aashutosh sharma (Account no. [protected], atm card no. [protected]) tried to make a purchase of movie ticket on “book my show” website on may 7, 2016. The payment was unsuccessful on their website but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I tried four times to make the payment. All the four time, the payment was unsuccessful on their website but the sum of rs. 581.7 deducted from my account each time. So total rs. 2326.8 dedcuted from my bank account for no reason. I also called their customer care point, they were saying that the amount were not claimed by them so i should contact to my bank. I tried to contact and written to union bank of india support many times but they never replied. It is my humble request that kindly check the issue and refund me the amount (581.7 x 4 = rs. 2326.8) that has been deducted from my account for no reason. I hope to get a swift response from you.
