Union Bank Of India — recharge through phonepe failed | |
I was trying to make a recharge of rs 399 for jio on 3rd of nov, but the transaction failed and phonepe displayed that the amount will be refunded in my bank account within 7 days but its been 30 days today i did complaint many a times to phonepe about my refund but it was not done and today i got an replay from phonepe saying that "the amount of ₹ 399 has not been received by phonepe. If the amount is debited for this transaction please contact the issuing bank regarding the same." So kindly help me out that how can i get those money back in my account.
