Union Bank Of India — Refund never processed | |||||
A refund of Rs.699 was initiated by Amazon to my account (Account name- Arushi Kaushik, Ac/no. [protected]) on September 14, 2016. The reference number for the refund is NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The company provided me with a confirmation mail of the processed refund but I never got it from the bank's side. I had contacted your customer service team via call yet I didn't get any substantial solution. I have never faced such a problem before.
