Union Bank Of India — Refund not received | |||
I was to receive a refund from from Amazon for Rs. 1214. I made the payment on 12th of February & they initiated the refund on 21st of feb 2017. The amount yet hasn't been credited back to my account. Amazon says that the proceedings has been done on their side & the bank needs to recheck the refund if it is stuck somewhere. They provided me the reference number for the transaction aswell. (The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 297570 Refund Reference # 74332747052705194391091).
