2 week ago my refund has been initiated through amazon shopping app with proof but my bank fail to show my refund in my account yet... I have two refrences proof of my refund.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.. Your customer care are not helping me anymore.. I have not received my amazon refund after 2 weeks. I have pictures of the refund reference number. Please help me with this. The transaction refund has not been reflected on my savings account
