I have registered a complaint wide complaint number: 22165065 on 8- May-2017 for the deduction of amount on failed transactions. Bank officials are giving me 30 working days time in order to process this complaint. It is being very disappointing that online transaction are taking such a long time in processing.
If such kind of issues will take such a long time, then I am sorry to say it is totally useless online banking and digital transaction.

I want to state that I have applied for the passport application wide reference number:17-[protected] on the name of Subrata Ray on dated :07-May-2017 via Union Bank ATM Card. I tried to pay the fees online with debit card but but due to some technical issue my was not processed and transaction failed. So I tried it second time and payment processing transaction failed again.
later I got a message from bank that payment has been deducted twice from my account and it is not refunded yet. It has been more two weeks. I have not get any amount refunded to my account till date. I am sending you the details for the transaction as below:

I had made a payment of Rs.2000 on 16th June 2017 through my debitcard, but unfortunately my transaction was failed. I raised a ticket regarding this issue and was promised to get my refund on or before 25th June 2017. Today is 26th June 2017, I still didn't received my money. I had logged a compaint regarding this through customer care executive. Kindly look into this matter.
