DEAR SIR, MY NAME IS SANDEEP KUMAR VERMA (A/C--[protected]) ATM NUMBER ([protected]). ON DATE 01.01.2015 TIME 1.40PM, I USED ATM CARD FOR COLLECTING AMOUNT OF 8000/- FROM ATM OF (UNION BANK OF INDIA BRANCH MOHAMDABAD IFSC CODE--UBIN0530468). ATM DEDUCT THE AMMOUNT BUT I DOES NOT COLLECT THE AMOUNT DUE TO NETWORK FAILURE ON THAT PERTICULAR TIME. I ALSO MAKE A COMPLAIN RECEIPT TO MY ACCOUNT BANK. BUT THEY DOES NOT PROVIDE COMLAIN NUMBER. WE ALSO WANT TO TAKE HELP FROM HELP DESK BUT THEY ALSO DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY CLUE FOR MY TRANSACTION AND THEY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY COMPLAIN NUMBER. SO I MAKE MY CMPLAIN DIRECT FROM ONLINE SYSTEM. PLEASE SOLVED MY ISSUE AS POSSIBLE AS SOON SO MAY I MAKE MY NEXT TRANSACTION AS SMOOTH AS IT FOR ME. REGARDS.
