Sir I have withdraw 10000 using sbi. Card in union bank atm nebsarai 30/09/2017 and note disburse by machine one 2000/ in torn condition i have immediately contacted union bank customer care. She is advice to contact bank. I have contacted 3/10/2017 after holidays to bank manager neb sarai ignou road new delhi 30 once he has refuses.
