Union Bank Of India — top up transferred money not showing in digipurse wallet. | |||||
Hi, I am arun. V, i raised so many times to ubi customer care. But so far no reply about my concern. I have transferred 5000inr from my credit card to digi purse account on 20/11/2017 (11.41 am). Normally it reflects in digipurse wallet after 24 hours. But it’s not reflects till now, it crossed more than a week. Kindly re-credit the amount immediately. Topup amount & rupees & transaction no also shown in wallet, but it not added in balance. Screen shot added for your reference.
