On 05.10.2016, i transacted at axis bank atm, through union bank of india, world bank, barra branch, kanpur atm card no.[protected] to draw rs.4000/- from my saving account no.[protected], but i got a slip record no.1732 noted transaction declined unable to process, and i got no cash, but my account has debited with aforesaid amount.
