Union Bank Of India — transaction failed but amount debited from my a/c. | |
I am abhijit sarkar, a consumer o[censored]nion bank of india, dankuni branch, hooghly. I had been done a transaction through upi o[censored]nion bank of india upi app on 14/10/2017 of rs. 5000 from my current a/c. The transaction was showing as failed but the amount had been debited from my account and surprisingly that was not credited into the benificiary a/c. I was then connect to customer care of the particular bank but they straightly told that they were unable to solve any types of issues related to upi system. Also they told to wait minimum 2 working days, after that it will be automatically return into my a/c. Already 6 working days gone still the issue remain unsolved. Neither the said amount had been credited in my a/c nor it's credited into benificiary's a/c. It's a worst experience using upi payment system for me. My a/c no...[protected].
