Sir my name is pushpa singh and i have a sb account no.[protected] in naikdih branch. I have applied my account for transfer from naikdih branch to sarvodaya nagar branch in may 2016. For this i gave our kyc to naikdih bank manager through ubi, branch-sarvodaya nagar, kanpur but neither my account was transferred nor dormant account activated resulting transaction stopped fully.
