[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — Union bank of india android application fraud | |||||
I have recently downloaded union bank of india android application called "digi purse". After making an account in the app, i added ₹ 5000 from my sbi bank account into it. The amount was debited from my sbi account. Your payment of rs. 5000.0 successful. Amount will be reflected in your digipurse 4607 xxxx xxxx 8923 in 24 hrs. Info: topup/[protected]/ It said that the amount added will be shown in my balance after 24hr. But its been three days. No money has been credited and no balance is shown. I have tried to contact the developer of the app. But there is no reply. I am thrown into an state of dilemma. I want to get my hard earned money back from a seemingly scam and fraudalent application by the bank. Kindly, please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Even after that it took quite sometime for the matter to be solved. But anyway it got solved. And iam at peace now. Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
