Hello I live in Singapore. I applied for my degree certificate of RGPV university Madhya pradesh. from Union banks Miss hill branch Gwalior in November 2016. I tried to contact Union Bank of India's Miss Hill branch in Gwalior to get an update about my application. But the phone is not answerable. I have an A/c in UNION bank of India in Balasore branch. When i want to debit my balance and want to apply ATM...then the bankers not allow to debit my bance and not apply to ATM.and misbehave me .
