Union bank of india — transaction failed but amount has been debited on mar 9, 2018 time 09:58 pm Hello, sir i want say that i have done the payment for railway recruitment form online its reference number is [protected] and sbi reference number is cpe6217721 amount has been debited from the account but the payment is cancelled from railway board and the status is showing on website of railway recruitment board is failure.
