Union Bank Of India — unsuccessful debit card transaction (internet) | |||
Hello, i have a complaint about unsuccessful debit card transaction. I made a transaction of rs. 1096 with amazon on 14 october 2017. The amount is deducted from my account, however the payment failed and is not received on the other end (Probably lost in the bank gateway). I request a refund of the amount lost. I am enclosing the account statement along with this complaint. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
