I have made a payment towards fee for wild life institute of india. This was done by net banking on 13th july 2017- The transaction details are as follows Account number - [protected] Transaction id - caa127869 Transaction srl no. - 1 Transaction date - 13/07/2017 Transaction amount - inr 545.00 Epay/to:avenues india pvt/64330589/wii fees The amount has already been deducted from my account but not yet received by cc avenues. I do have transaction receipt with me for the same. I have also contacted to receivers end. But they haven't received the amount. I want a refund of the same. As its been missing somewhere.
