My name ramdas asaram warat mobile no. [protected] Union bank karve road pune account no is. [protected] Ifsc - ubin0537004 My account no is [protected], i have registered for upi through bhim pay upi i have made a transaction of rs.1000 through upi on dated[protected] transaction id is[protected] but it was failed and for same transaction i have got account get debited message but beneficiary account has been not credited. Union bank customer care person told me we cant help because its on bhim we ca not register any complaint on this case how its possible please help me on this issue provide me guidance for complaint registration.
