Union Bank Of India — Want refund of my amount which is not transferred | |||||
Hi, I transferred amount of ₹1, 200 & ₹1, 500 by using umobile app. O[censored]nion bank of india on 20/03/2017. Bank showed message of amount is swiped by my account through atm but transaction satus in app. Is to contact bank and your transaction is not successeful and amount of 1, 200 & 1, 500 debited from my account and not transfer to another account. Thats why i raised complaint. Then i visited branch they told me to complaint on customer care but i didnt get any reponse from there side so i again visited my branch then they suggest me to make online complaint and then i call to custmer care 3 times once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]mobile transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only." Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on same day,... Was this information helpful? | |||||
