Union Bank Of India — Wrong reports in Internet banking | |
Dear Sir, Both myself and my wife are users of Internet banking o[censored]nion Bank of India. We encounter following problems: !. Operative accounts – All the connected accounts of one customer ID are not popping up. We are to enter SEARCH screen and enter all details to see balance/ transactions of our account. However, connected accounts are popping up for another ID. Action may please be taken to see that all connected accounts of that ID popup when we select Operative Accounts sub option under Accounts option in main menu. This saves customers’ time. 2. Deposit accounts – The list of active deposit accounts is not updated properly. The list is showing cancelled deposits also while new / revised deposits are not figuring in. There is option to show cancelled deposits. Action may be taken to correct this report.
