Hi,

I work in a it company in mumbai and a upsc aspirant. Due to covid19 i am working from home. Earlier the wfh was till aug 15th but now it's extended till 31st dec 2020. As all my flatmates vacated the flat, i also shifted back to my home town which is in lucknow.
I am requesting to get my exam centre changed to lucknow or nearby place as it will be difficult to travel back to mumbai. Please consider my request.

As upsc has given us chnace to change the center for prelims and mains center for civil service/ forest service exam since 07/07/2020, unfortunately i have been trying to chnage the center for more the 20 times i am not able to get the otp on registered mobile number and email address and we are afraid if this persists we will be at loss
So i kindly request to resolve the issue at the earliest

I forgot my upsc attempts. Is there any way to know..? I need this information. Please help me out as early as possible

I am student from sv university tirupati. I am preparing for ese and irms exams. We have tirupati as exam centre for ese prelims exam but for mains exam we don't have tirupati as exam centre but we have hyderabad for mains exam which is at far distance from tirupati it takes nearly 12 hrs fou us. Thus i request to think of it.

I had a consultation from rahul saraf to enroll in their course. He was 24*7 available to consult me through to enroll with them.
I made the payment right while talking to him and just next mornjng i decided to withdraw i didn’t feel comfortable in taking e course further.

Rahul assured that money will be refunded but i should rethink and be motivated to study for the exam. I insisted and said if i want to continue i’ll come back to him.

After that he has been completely ignorant and late in responding to my refund queries.
They were completely on their toes when it was the time to enroll, but as soon as refund was requested they have completely ignored the requests.

On 11 th september i was told i would be sew refund within 8 days. After that they have just been postponing the deadline and now they have stopped responding at all.

I’m living and working in new zealand at the moment and there’s no other way i could get hold of them to refund my 13000/- rupees which i paid through my international debit card on their ufaber portal.

Every year cds and gate exam is conducted in the month of february and get clashed due to which many students even after registration for both are left to choose only one exam. Both the exams are important and national exams. It is to kindly note that many aspirants are facing same problem. We all will be thankful to you if this problem is solved for the coming exams.

Sir, i gave cds 2 2019 that was held on 8 sept 2019. For english i recieved set 'c' but for general science i recieved set 'b' due to negligence of the invigilator present in the examination hall.in the same way other students would have also got different sets. I wanted to know that is it going to have any impact on the results? I will be highly grateful i[censored] look into my concern and revert back as soon as possible.

As per notification of your office for the subject examination the age criteria is a candidate born after 2nd july 2000. My date of birth is 26 dec 2000. Since my age at present is 18years and 8 months, i am eligible to apply for the subject examination. But when i apply for the exam online, the year mentioned in your site is from 2001 to 2004. Hence you are requested to rectify the year in your site by which i shall be for that matter thousands of are able to give the exam.

I want to say that today i appeared for capf exam but in my second paper due to invigilator irresponsibility provided me wrong sheet and then also give their official sheet to fill the booklet series number but after sometime she told me that i have given you wrong sheet but i already started my answer writing on that. She took return the answer sheet and give me another sheet for writing, she also used whitner on her official sheet and gave to me fill booklet series number again for overwriting which is not allow in upsc i think so.
Sir i want to be sure from your organisation that by using whitner due to their negligence there will be no effect on my result and an appropriate action should be taken away
Kindly solve this issue and i hope you will notice and will resolve this issue

Sir, i have successfully done the payment but not able to upload the photo and signature as time went out for part 2 registration of cds 2 exam 2019.
I want to know that whether my application fee will be refunded or not? I request you to help me out to complete part 2 as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you help me out.

I appeared in the cse-2019 at centre 003 s. P college, maulana azad road, srinagar under roll no 1801146 in room no. 17 on 2nd june 2019. I was seated on the second seat in row 5 of that classroom. I entered the classroom well before schedule and only one invigilator was present at that time. Later two more invigilators joined. While i was writing my paper i was given an attendance sheet to fill which to my shock had already marked me absent even though i was very much present. I filled the rest of the details as was required and was made to fill in the circle representing present p even though they had by themselves filled on absent a. When i raised the issue there itself they said it's a benign mistake and tried to fix it by scratching the absent circle which they themselves had marked. They made no further attempts to ensure that it would not affect my exam results or acceptance of my paper. Also, they did the same mistake with a person sitting right before me. I'm bringing this into the notice of commission so that i would not have to suffer for the mistake which others committed.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way of checking of nda examination. As per your rules if the candidate isn't able to qualify the maths exam his/her gat paper is left unchecked. This is totally unfair how can you judge someone's calliber just by mathematics and if students from medical stream can appear for the examination then why the level of exam is so much high. This is also possible that a candidate may not have strong knowledge of maths but he/she has excellent knowledge of current affairs and gk. The indian army loses thousands of aspirants that have calliber just because of your way of checking.
So you should change the way of your checking the gat paper should not be left untouched if the candidate isn't able to qualify maths exam. The basis of qualification should be overall marks. And if you amend your method of checking i'm sure indian army will not lose some vikram batra's and thousands of aspirants that have the calliber.

This is with reference to examination notice no. 04/2019- csp dated - 19/02/2019 regarding upsc civil services examination 2019. As per the advertisement the last date to apply for this examination is 18/03/2019 but when i am trying to access the online application form (Ora) it shows that "presently no recruitment advertisement is available"

Since today is 12/03/2019 and there is very little time...

Sir my self devesh pratap singh and my roll no. Of ese 2019 prelims is 2611690 for ece branch. I occurred for prelims exam this year and i checked my marks from various coaching institute and my marks is ranging between 240-245and when i checked my roll no. It's not showing. So kindly look into the matter and verify my omr sheet once again.

I occurred for prelims exam this year and i checked my marks from various coaching institute and my marks is ranging between 215-220 and my many friends who are getting marks between 190-200 have been selected but when i checked my roll no. It's not showing. So kindly look into the matter and verify my omr sheet once again.

I am nirbhay pratap shahi, an ebc category applicant in civil service examination 2019.
Since the government of india has pass the bill regarding reservation of ebcs
To obtain the equal opportunity in the education and employment.
All the reserve category other then ebcs has granted the relaxation in age and the attempt but we have not got the same.
In the economic era for the academic delay economic deficiency is the largest cause but even after that the commission has not given us any relaxation in age or attempt.
It will amount to injustice to us.
Hence it is requested that to amend the notification and give the extra attempt and age relaxation to us by which we can got equal opportunity in examination conducted by upsc.

I, Rajesh Kumar Sinha, working in the Ministry of Railways was appointed as an Invigilator to the examination quoted under the subject on 06.01.2019. Centre of Examination was - Kendriya Vidyalaya, AGCR Colony, Near Karkardooma Court, Delhi - 110092, Tel. No. of the centre is [protected]. I performed my assigned duties of invigilator in two sessions for which remuneration is Rs. 1000/-. Despite passage of more than one month, the said amount has not yet been deposited in my account. Details of the Account was furnished by me during examination. I contacted several times via whats app and telephonically with the principal and other authority of school but still the amount has not yet been credited in my bank account.
Therefore, I am submitting my grievance for your kind intervention in the matter please.

I have been trying to submit online fee for nda but because of technical site glitch i couldn't do that. The error i was getting is "this connection is not private". This website may be impersonating "upsconline. Nic.in" to steal your personal or financial formation. You should go back to the previous page.

I kept trying your customer care listed numbers but on one is bothered to pickup. When is our attitude is going to change!

I send my person to your upsc building but everyone refused to collect the fee.

Need to address this please.
