My address update requests are repeatedly rejected by karvy customer care.
They are also not mentioning the exact reason. I have mentioned the exact address as in the address proof document.

There may be some misunderstanding like spelling mismatch etc. Please note that from my end i have tried to make no mistakes but the address proof document is also not 100% correct and in some places they have not typed the complete address / have not mentioned the landmark correctly etc.. Therefore, in such cases common sense is expected to be used before blindly rejecting the requests.

So, far i have already raised the following requests already! All rejected:

In reference to the captioned matter i would like to state that my aadhaar no is[protected]. There is no mention of my husband's name in that aadhaar card. As per your circular i submitted the certificate issued by a bank manager in which my name along with my husband's name has been mentioned. I also submitted my original lic policy in which my name along with my husband's name has been mentioned. But the aadhaar technician as well as the concerned bank branch manager refused to accept the documents. They insisted me to obtain a certificate from local councilor. I am deprived of the opportunity of aadhaar updation. This is one kind of harassing the people coming for a good cause that is aadhaar updation. Kindly do the needful.

And when i am calling to toll free no [protected] & 1947 it can not reach and no response if it is not working remove it otherwise respond it. And in online worst network.

I registered for adhaar vide 0635/11716/05876 on 29/10/18 and on 28/11/18 vide 2102/10305/54445 for my adhaar number[protected] but adhaar not received. Kindly despatch. Name purushotam vill sirsma kurukshetra. Earlier i received my adhaar no[protected] but it was lost. I applied for reissue on two occasions as mentioned above but no adhaar has been received by me. I reside in village. I need hard copy.

Mene regional office uidai office bhi visit kiya h jha mene uidai aadhar center ko letter likha h jiske sath mene mere origional birth proof ko lagaya tha... Or mene mere original documents bhi wha verify karwaye h.. Sir mera aadhar kab tak update ho jayega

I changed aadhar card address on 2017 sep after few month later i got mssg from uidai u can download your card from uidai webside... From there i download my aadhar card. After few month later i called the customer executive regarding my aadhar card hard copy the executive told wait for few days.. I registerd the complaint no [protected] when few month late i called custome care they told your aadhar card is printing process... And again i called few month later they told there r no any records found about it... After one year later i registrd second complaint [protected]... Whenever i called customer executive they give me a same answer wait wait wait... How much time i should wait now give me answers... This is your work... Really very irresponsible service you are providing us...

From the last 1month, the status is still showing as: "This enrollment packet has not yet been successfully uploaded to the data center. Please check again after days "
Kindly provide an update on this request, as she urgently need my name also changed after this Mobile number update.so updated in aadhar, so that I can further apply for pf account withdrawal process. It's bit urgent.

Early solution in this regard is solicited.

My parents change residence, so after the registration of new house on the name of my mom. Mom's aadhar address updated, and with registery copy, and updation of address on ration card, dad's address updated.
When i try to use any of the solution, it gets rejected.
Then i have an affidavit signed by city magistrate, it will also get rejected.
Uidai helpline executives disconnect my calls, after listening to my query. Also their way of talking is very rude.
I am helpless now.

First opened bank account in icici bank at benzcircle in vijayawada. After that some of my personal reasons i opened another account in syndicate bank at machavaram in vijayawada, but it still showing mapping icici account to npci in uidai web site.
I updated my aadhar number in syndicate bank, it is latest opened bank account for updating aadhar number. But not mapping to npci.

I have applied for aadhaar reprint on 03-dec-2018 16:49:14. I got srn number 0312201816491419283725642892, receipt number [protected], by paying rs 50. While checking the status using given srn number, it shows printed and dispatched. But no speed post came containing new aadhaar card until today (31.12.2018). What to do now? How many more days need to receive my aadhaar letter? Else paid money will refund? Kindly take necessary action according to this..!

This enrollment has taken place around 4 months ago but it is showing in process still. I called many times to customer service 1st they didn't registered complaint and replied to wait till 90 days but after 90 days i registered complaint but now also the status of enrollment is same and whenever i contacting customer service they are only saying to wait for more days and same reply i am getting from last many days. So i request you to please resolve this matter fast.

I have done my daughter's Aadhaar registration. But, I didn't get the name in regional language in aadhaar card. Due to this issue I am unable to add her name in ration card.

1st kid moez shahbaz mahida[protected] &
2nd kid ali raza shahbaz mahida[protected],

Under uids as follows:

However, all the 3 request got rejected stating “invalid document”

Please note, i have provided, electricity bill (Attached) as address proof which is in my name.
Also it’s the same proof i used in my personal address update which i did few days back.

Kindly advise the reason for rejecting these requests, especially after providing government approved document.

I have applied for the aadhar card and my enrollment id is 2722/40077/00528 but till now they have not dispatched my card please check. the enrollment agency not providing any information regarding dispatch date or till when we can expect the delivery.

In kolar dist mulbagal taluk ahaar service center is given to pragathi krishna grameena bank which is located in mulbagal town the bank people are arrogants and misbehave with the people.. If we ask anything just they will shutdown the system and tell us that the server is slow. Same answer you will get even after a week. They treat the village people like beggars. Please charge the center.
