Hi team,

I have filed a complaint number [protected] regarding my aadhar updation of new address, as its been updated with new address and recived the e-aadhar but not hard copy via by post to the new updated address
Past from few weeks i am trying to contact customer care but every time they are telling some technical problem. Could you please look this complaint and help to resolve the issue.

My Aadhar card has been not download for uidai website .I am update a date of birth, so Iam check status is shown to update successful but I am download Aadhar but I can't download to aadhar

Under uids as follows:

However, all the 3 request got rejected stating “invalid document”

Please note, i have provided, electricity bill (Attached) as address proof which is in my name.
Also it’s the same proof i used in my personal address update which i did few days back.

Kindly advise the reason for rejecting these requests, especially after providing government approved document.

I have applied for the aadhar card and my enrollment id is 2722/40077/00528 but till now they have not dispatched my card please check. the enrollment agency not providing any information regarding dispatch date or till when we can expect the delivery.

In kolar dist mulbagal taluk ahaar service center is given to pragathi krishna grameena bank which is located in mulbagal town the bank people are arrogants and misbehave with the people.. If we ask anything just they will shutdown the system and tell us that the server is slow. Same answer you will get even after a week. They treat the village people like beggars. Please charge the center.

A aadhar enrollement centre in balija street of pileru town in chittoor district, andhrapradesh. The person working in that centre demanding rs 300 for mobile num updation. On bargaining they reduced to 150rs. Some people in the village areas are not aware of charghes so that they are suffering in paying. So please take strict actions on this centre and also centres like this.

My name is abhishek verma my aadhar no. Is[protected]. Today (20/10/2018) i visited aadhaar enrollment center for updating my dob in aadhaar. When i contact to agent for updating dob he refused my updating request. Because i have no original aadhaar card while i have aadhaar card no., photocopies of aadhaar card and all other original valid document like 10th result, ration card etc. The staff is also very rude.
When i mail to the headquarters for help they din't respond to me. Please help me sir.

Literally am not able to understand when this uidai number is mandatory there is no details available for the center for changing the details of the address or any personal details.in this they have outsourced their online platform to a third party which is not even fixing the issue. Most of all how can a person with zero knowledge about the uidai can check and know where is the center is located. Why do we need so many id proof when other countries are running with one or two id proof. Simple before executing a new rule please cross check and test how it works.

I want to file a complaint against the aadhar center agent named 'rahul sahu' working at the centre "vijya bank, nehru nagar bhilai, durg, durg, motilal nehru nagr bhilai, chhattisgarh - 490020".
The complaint is that i wanted to update my mobile no. On my aadhar but he told me that he will do my work only if i will do fake sign on an unknown person's update form and he forced me to give my no. On that unknown form. He also ask the double money for a single update because i was with my friend.
Kindly take any strict action against him so that no any other have to face problem.

Your request 0000/00533/46406 has been rejected due to : transliteration error in the request field. Twice i tried to change the address and shared the boi passbook and hdfc statement as proof but both the times same error. Wrote email to kcpl. [protected]@karvy.com but no response. Waiting time in post office and banks is 5+ months. Why send messages to public if you can’t manage online updates and can’t tell a customer what is wrong with document submitted.

My aadhaar address update request (Request number 0000/00533/42822) was raised on 23rd september with the required details filled in and passport copy attached as proof. The address details (In english and local languages) were as per the passport address with zero mistakes.

However my request has been rejected due to "data mismatch - transliteration error". I have checked the details filled in; there were no mismatches.

I have tried reaching out to the aadhaar help desk via twitter; and have not received any meaningful support except asking me to submit again. I have done multiple submissions in the past and every time the error is transliteration error with no details shared.

Please help in resolving this; the incorrect address on aadhaar card is causing lot of issues.

I have updated aadhaar several times, but everytime it is getting rejected because of transliteration error. Below are some o[censored]pdate numbers:

I reckon this is a scam, if i go to enrollment centre it is a hell. Tokens will be given at a specific time, but as ours is a big country lot of people come and literally a day need to be wasted for aadhaar update. All this is happening due to karvy centre`s rules, earlier i never faced this issue. But this is strange now. I would like to request you to kindly look into the issue.

I had enrolled my new-born son for Aadhaar on 8th August 2018. I was informed the number will be generated within a week.

It's more than 45 days now but the Aadhaar number is not yet generated.

I am not sharing the Enrolment ID here due to privacy concerns.

Request the appropriate authority to take a look and revert with a reply soon.

In malad west, most of aadhar update center machine is not working. Like post office, banks. Morning 7 am we are in the queue for the aadhar form. After that they r giving 10 or 15 forms. Then they will open the bank or post office at 9.30.
They are giving the information that time the machine not working. What the public can do. Please find the solution for this.

Hello sir my bank account is linked to Bank Of India bank and i confirmed that it is linked with the bank but when i try to check the bank acc linking status with aadhaar no through bank mapper it gives a message as "your request cannot be processed now due to some technical issue" and because of this i am not receiving my scholarship amount.Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

I have applied consent for update as i have change my mobile number. When i went to one of our registered centre they told me number will be changed in 24hrs. I m still waiting and it's not done yet. Plz do the needful at the earliest as i need that to be updated for an important work.

I have checked the adhar card details is present in internet banking.

I have icici bank account. Banch manage said that there is no issue at their end. I am not able to get subsidy for indane gas. Kindly help to solve the issue.
