I am akhilesh verma r/o indore m.p.my child was completed age of 5 years recently, so i was goes to your enrollment center for update her biometrics data located at 14, sharma complex, jawahar marg rajmohalla, indore m.p.name of sapna jitendra mawar (location id 232204) person on this center misbehave with mostly customers.

After updating the data she was getting money & not given any receipt of money & aadhar aloso.what is this when aadhaar is free then why he get money.

So i request to you please do the needful as soon as possible.

    As i have not received the original aadhaar card till date i got e-aadhaar letter through website.

    Now i have shifted my residence to the following address :

    As the ration shop authorities requires compulsorily original aadhaar card to link with family ration card for distribution of food articles the authorities are not accepting the e-aadhaar letter due to non entry of secrret code in the scanning matter.

    Request you to kindly consider my matter and send the original aadhaar card to the above mentioned new address.

      Hello Sir/Madam,

      I had submitted the request to change the name and address on my Aadhaar Card[protected].

      URN [protected] was rejected due to "Invalid Documents"

      After some time I again contacted through email they regenerated the Sub case Id :[protected] to resolved the issue.

      But I don't know how to track this number and what is the correct status of this request.

        My aadhar number is[protected]. I have updated my aadhar number with my mobile number. I have received the confirmation that the same has been updated. After updating i am able to download my e-aadhar card from the web. But when i try to register on common service center it's showing error execption occured 'otp generation failed showing error :811'.

              This is to bring to your notice that there is a serious concern for the system in place to get your queries answered via helpline number or e-mail.

              I had placed a request for update in Aadhar data (URN-[protected]) and have been still struggling to get it's status update. The website shows the status as "Waiting for approval" from last 15+ days. I really don't understand how long will it take for getting the approval for supporting documents. I have submitted all the relevant supporting documents (Latest bank statement) in order to update the Aadhar data update (address change).

              I called up many times on the helpline number and mailed on helpline mail id ([protected]@uidai.gov.in) to understand the progress and check the status of my update request but to my surprise, this helpline numbers and mail id is just for namesake. Nobody gives you a satisfactory response over the helpline number and immediately disconnects giving some vague reason like "we are facing technical problems, please call later". If you call later you will get same answer. Nobody responds on mail ever.

              This is a serious concern from many Indian Citizens who are struggling to get Aadhar or update their Aadhar.

              The name of the system is Aadhar but it seems to be "Niraadhar"...!!

                  MY Aadhar number is[protected]. I have updated my Aadhar number with my mobile number and my email id. I have received the confirmation that the same has been updated. After updating I am able to download my e-aadhar card from web.

                  But when I try to register on Common service center (https://registration.csc.gov.in/cscregistration/CSCRegauth.aspx), it is showing error: -” Exception Occurred - OTP Generation Failed. Neither email nor mobile are available - code: 112”.

                  For solving this issue I have mailed CSC help desk. They informed us that, it is a problem with UIDI updating, so I need to talk with UIDI department for the same.

                  So, today (30/03/2016) I called several times on UIDI helpdesk: - “[protected]”. Since morning today they are providing misleading information's. And the customer care executive for “Bengali” language are too rude. They even use slang languages on call. They simply informed us that they will not help us any way for this issue. The last two representative whom I talked with are:-
                  1 MUNNA KR SINGH
                  2 DEBRATA(He didn’t pronounced his surname )
                  Mr Munna told me that server is down there so I have to check all details online. But just one minute before another representative provided me the details. When I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor, he disconnected the call.
                  Mr Debabrata is a master call center reprehensive I think. When I asked him to help me out before knowing my quarry he start telling me the list of service that I can avail through this customer care. Fortunately my problem category was on that list. So, when I asked him about this problem, without checking the Aadhar number he informed me that I need to send request again for updation. After several request he checked my aadhar enrollment details. The way he was talking too rudely. When I describe him my problem, he told me that he cannot help me for this. I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor, then he start pronouncing “Call ta katun, call the katun.” But I hold the line and again requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. Then his replay was “Kotha bolachi dara ebar.” Then he hold the line. After a while suddenly he unhold the line. Then pronounced “Chechaben na”. Then he disconnect the line.
                  Is it the service that one expect after calling a customer care number? I have all the call recording details. I want to know who give them the rights to talk with someone like this. Why gov. is paying them if they are not able to solve any problem.
                  I also want to know how this problem will be resolved. After updation also CSC web site is showing that my contact details is not updated yet. Why these two sites are not synchronized? Is this a digitalalised India that Modi Ji dreams about? I guess no.
                  Hope this problem will be resolved.

                          Aadhar card not generated yet, how long I have to wait for Aahdar. Is it not Aam Aadmi ka Adhikar. ... It is Aam Aadmi ki Badi pareshani. School, bank all institutions asking for Aadhar, and aadhar organization is not working properly.

I request you to kindly update it as i need to apply for tatkaal passport. Update status the status of the urn no. [protected]. Your request has been verified and approved. I have sent a mail to: [protected]@uidai.gov.in also but still there is no reply till date and today again i have sent them a remainder. The service is so worst and it's a huge shame on indian govt for such a poor and pathetic service. Kindly let me know if there is anything that can be done.                                   Hello, my e adhaar is not downloading because one person who is made adhaar card did not mentioned mobile number and email adress even if we our saying that please mention our mobile number and when we check the status on net by putting adhaar id number, its saying " your adhaar is generated " but when we try to download e- adhaar, the messge comming "plesae enter your phone number and without that its not accepting " and when we complaining about that " the form is not accepting without phone number" i gone to goverment office in bhopal and goverment office employee are so rudly .. saying that " we dont know about that and please go to netcafe... " and they saying with very bad attitude we our having problem since 2012 and when we try to make another adhaar card, that also rejected on" uidai.gov.in "

                                  so please help us and tell us what i do sir... please help us .

                                      Myself Dr shantanu enrolled for adhar card on 07/10/2013 at 11:28:06. My enrollment no is 1047/81031/04425. Still didnt got my adhar card as everytime the customer care say that some technical problems/ server problem and to try after some time. Despite registering complaints multiple time on uidai customer care my problem didnt solved till now. Kindly do the needful

                                        Till the time I do not received anything helpful, I'll keep sending the email and keep updating the same to the consumer forum website to aware everyone, how you people work. You can only talk about digitalisation of India but you never tried to do your job seriously. It has been more that a month now but I haven't received anything helpful yet. Is there any other way I could reach you, because since email and post is not at all worthy. I am unable to complete many work related to my taxation, and if I came across any issue with it, it will be just because of you guys carelessness behaviour. And I'll forward the same issue to you guys if I receive from income tax deptt. then you guys will be responsible for the consequences. An Indian Chandra kumar

                                        I would like to add, i tried many time to the customer care no followed by 1947, it kept me on hold for a very long time and if get attended after they just disconnected every time i tried. And if they talk they are not even able to speak, I think they don't know english their hindi is also pathetic.
