    I am prashant mahadik belongs from sangli district.in may 2019 i have updated my adhar through post office located in east street pune.
    I have taken follow since last 6 month to get my adhar's hard copy but its not delivered till date (17 feb 2020) post office charged me 50 rs for updation purpose and to send hard copy as well. But its useless to me. I have mailed crmadmin very often but didnt received any feedback. Also tried to connect on 1947 telephone but no is out of service.
    Please help me out else give me refund.

    is anything happen on this.
    I updated my mobile and email address by visiting the uidai center in Pune on 15/02/2020 16:43 PM, but still mobile is not updated correctly and OTP is going to old number instead of new one. Can someone please help?

      I'm trying to download claim form from website and it asked me to link my aadhaar. I went to manage basic details and typed in my aadhaar number (It is showing "not available" currently), and i typed the name and birthday exactly as in aadhaar (Which is same as what is already stored in the website) but it gives me an error "change request cannot be processed due to no change observed in name, date of birth or gender" and so doesn't take my aadhaar number. As a tech person i think this is what is happening behind the hood:

      It compares name and dob to see if they are the same, if so it throws an error that there is nothing to update. It should also compare if aadhaar is empty or null and take it if so (Which isn't happening).

      I tried some workarounds i. E. Tried to change my name spelling so that i can put my correct name again when aadhaar is added but that didn't accept either as it gave error that it doesn't match with aadhaar. I also tried doing the same with empty aadhaar field but that failed too. This is a terribly coded website. I'm surprised that when i find it this hard to use, how will a non-it end user. Please fix it asap.

      I got an email from EPFIndia which resolved my issue. I was able to update aadhaar by logging in using my UAN and password at:- https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ And then I updated my KYC by using the facility available under the menu Manage->KYC. This didn’t work before but now does and resolved my issue.

        Applied for online address change but was rejected with reason data mismatch in document and update request.
        Though it was filled correctly and same as in document. I did tried to call uidi help line 1947 but their represetative only tell me status and didnt know why this error comes.
        Uidai portal do not have any complaint/query registration for online requests.

        Pl. help to deliver it ASAP.

          I miss akimchi wenbera g momin had enrolled twice for aadhar card on having enrollment no 1108/17533/00744 and 1020/60911/00862 but has not receive aadhar card till date ie15 january 2020.

          So i approached the enrollment centre with necessary documents located in our town tura, west garo hills, meghalaya 794001 near deputy commissioner’s office and briefed them about the situation. They check the aadhar through my enrollment id and it has been showing active but neither we can download or make necessary changes as the otp is required to verify. As i dont the registered phone number with me ie. [protected] (Aircel) that had been stopped permanently by the company itself. Since we are aware that the whole aircel services had closed till date, i neither can apply to retrieve my old number nor can i apply the same in other networks which i had already enquired. The change of phone number is being required by me to request and verify the same through otp.

          So i requested the enrollment centre to change my old registered number to my current phone number tob which they refused. Then i contacted the customer care o[censored]iai ie 1947 having complaint request no[protected] to which they instructed they can’t do anything about it and instead told me to go and do the necessary things done at the enrollment centre only. I once again went to the same enrollment centre and told them about it to which they refused again and said they cannot do anything about it.

          So i request you the consumer court to kindly solve the issue urgently as the aadhar card is being required by me for necessary work.

            adhar card suspended from last two years

            My name is deepak sharm from faridabad-haryana. My adhar card is suspened due to unknown reason in sept-2017 for which i have made multiple request with multiple enrollement no by visting multiple registered adhar suvidha kendar at faridabad & regional offices at delhi & chandigargh as well.

            But now 2 years has been passed my adhar no still not activated & last enrollement no. Is as below which is generated...

            I have honour to inform you that there is no aadhar card creating centre in our town. The address of this town is mentioning below — town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin no-781307, state-assam. We are unable to create aadhar card till now. We have been complaining this problem to the circle officer since one year but we are unable to get any solution. So i kindly request you to give a one aadhar card creating centre in our town.

                I've applied for address update with all the required documents on 25/10/2019 through online without visiting aadhar center because they are charging high amount for any corrections.

                But still the status shows as under process till date (02/11/2019).

                  I have requested aadhar update multiple times, which get failed due to technical error according to the communication i received. I wanted to update my contact no. And full birth date as it is required for formalities in other government procedures. I have created a ticket last time which was closed with the response that i need to update the biometrics. I updated the biometrics as suggested however, it still got rejected.

                      This is for your kind consideration and perusal please...in tamilnadu state, tuticorin dist, kayalpatnam municipality adhaar card seva is functioning... The employee working on that seva kendra is not following the procedure.. Not maintaining the proper q system.. Not correctly coordinating with public.. Talking roughly, not giving proper answer. She told to wait for long time public... She did very first and fast for known person... Please make suitable arrangements for the necessary action to the favour of the public.

                        Hi

                        This is arulmanian m[protected]. Using the option request for address verification letter (https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssupAddressPin/pinGenerate.html), on[protected] logged into the update portal to complete step1. Entered all required credentials. But even after step2 address verifier consent is successfully completed, did not receive confirmation message or srn to the registered mobile number.

                        Without srn cannot not proceed with address updation. Customer care are not able to assist and get the srn. The aadhaar portal should display srn in the page along with 'successfully completed' message. Even if you login to aadhaar portal could not find srn. It only display message that the update is already applied and prevent to start again the update process.

                        Do the needful check and send the srn.

                          This problem is simply neglected for longtime.

                          If you select pincode the associated towns/villages get listed in another drop down box. This town/city is mandatory to select. And what if your town/village is not in the list? If you want to continue with address updation you have to select any of the town/city from the list which is not at all your town/village. The issue is town/city list is not kept 100% updated. Some are simply left. Least, option should be available to type-in town/village.

                          The actual problem rise when you provide Aadhaar as address proof in someother place. A question will be posed why there is difference in address details in applied form with Aadhaar. It affects everwhere.

                          Negligence! Serious things should be corrected once brought to notice.

                            Hi team,
                            Just wanted to highlight being the most used and essential website which is used by almost 95% of indians, the below website for aadhaar download is not working at all.

                            Neither the customer care number, nobody picks up the call.
                            Neither the chat service
                            Nor the maadhaar app in smartphone.
                            None of the above services are working.
                            As i have updated the new address and received confirmation message from uidai 2 days back, that now i can download the e-copy from the above link. Since then i am trying to download the e-copy as i need this for loan purpose, however neither the website nor the customer care number nor the app nothing is working. Neither it is providing any alternate option.
                            When the pm himself is driving for aadhar services, how ridiculous is this the website itself is not working for download purpose. Can you please tell me the escalation process so that i can escalate to the higher authorities in pmo. Please take this on a serious note and resolve the issue immediately.

                                Since last 8 month I have send you so many mail to concerned department for the issue of Aadhar card but we received their story type reply your case no.[protected] has been assigned to the concerned department. Once it is resolved you will be intimated by an email on the same with difference case number every time I send reminder to them bu till today their assigned case number not solved by them.
