Was approached by this company when I contacted India Mart for samples of copper candle containers for Saudi Arabia. Sent money to their account and all communication then ceased. I have full details of bank transfer etc. Although not a large amount it is unacceptable that we deal with a company that advertises trust and follow through then hear NOTHING. Mar 31, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Since posting this complaint I have been contacted by Mr. Ali from Unique Products regarding the samples I ordered. He has promised to resolve the situation and ship samples this coming week. If this is the case I withdraw my complaint and will update the situation as it unfolds. | |||
