Unisyn Enterprises — refund of rs. 7110 not processed for non installation of tata sky connection

I have paid rs. 7110 on 16.08.2018 for installation of tata sky connection at my home. But due to lack of signal strength the installation could not happen and so i asked for refund.
But till today i have not received any refund from their side. Inspite of so many tele discussions with their executives nothing positive has been done yet.
Please help me in getting my refund with interest.
