I have booked Tata Sky connection on 18/08/2020 and made a payment of ₹2400 through upi but due to some issue I have unable to install tata sky in my home and till now I don't received my amount refund back.

I request you to please take a necessary action on my complaint and refund my amount back....

I booked Tata sky connection as on 04/03/22 Rs 2737.. But I requested to cancel because tata sky technician said it was not possible to install connection due to some technical reasons and told us to request for cancellation.. Regarding I applied cancellation request as on 07/03/2022 through the lady who registered our complaint. but till I not got refund.. Regarding I contacted Tata sky customer care but told to contact your dealer.. I contact to city contact no. but they not given positive response. Please help us..

2daya back Chandrasekhar came to me He said from Tata Sky with offer I've paid 2778 RS
For converting to TATA Sky binge plus it thrs no installation has happen his phone is also switched off

[protected] is my mobile number, Mr balakrishna is cheating by accepting money in the name o[censored] isyn enterprises. He took 3500 from me and not updating the package of TATA play

Please don't believe their false promises/offers. Tataplay must have authorised them for getting maximum new connections by cheating general public. Tataplay even don't take action against them. I paid Rs 2, 777/- for new connection with 6 months plan validity but they gave me 3 months plan validity. Their representative Mukkidi Balakrishna - Mobile [protected] and Ms Sampurna Koninti Mobile[protected] are cheating public. They don't respond to your calls once they receive money. Tataplay don't help their customers and Customer Care people ask to contact the dealers but don't take action against these fraud dealers. This type of Tataplay Customer Care behavior is encouraging the unfair Dealers.
Friends, my sincere and honest advice is not to go for Tataplay DTH.

I take 3 month service but after. 1 month
Recharge is expired.
I need our refund 5800 rs

I booked Tata sky connection as on 02/12/2021 Rs 4000.. But I requested to cancel because tata sky technician said it was not possible to install connection due to some technical reasons and told us to request for cancellation.. Regarding I contacted Tata sky customer care but told to contact person with whom you deal Regarding new connection.. But the agent is not responding.

I booked Tata sky bing plus connection as on 26/05/2021 Rs 2772.. But I requested to cancel.. As details provided by representative of Tata sky was wrong.. As been told the bing plus box can be connected to any TV but technician told it cannot be connected to ctr TV and told us to request for cancellation.. Regarding I applied cancellation request as on 28/05/2021 but till I not got refund.. Regarding I contacted Tata sky customer care but told to contact person with whom you deal Regarding new connection.. But the agent is not responding.. +[protected] damodar reddy mandapati

On 09/04/21 A Tata sky marketing person came to our office and officers Tata sky dth connection.and I paid 4000/- for 2 connection.After 2 days verification telecaller says the exact deal which was different from the person.And I refused to take it.And still on 01/06/21 didn't receive the refund from Tata sky even after talked with this Tata sky customer care the Tata sky Customer care says that we don't have any payment entry you can contact with your marketing person who's not receiving my phone

Yogesh Mandale ([protected]) from Unisyn Enterprises visited my house in Gudi Padwa. He claimed to be from Tata sky. He said that Tata sky is running an offer for gudi padwa where I could get a smart set top box, new dish, 500 inr cash back and an Amazon fire stick for free.

I was already using Tata sky and had an old set top box and an extremely old dish. I thought it is a good offer and the equipment needs an upgrade so took him up on that offer. Since the payment, no contact has been made. No confirmation call, no confirmation email from Tata sky. Even rakesh mandale has stopped answering my calls.

He had promised installation within 24 hours. Since lockdown started again, I expected it to be delayed a but but looking at the fact that no one is calling and no one is picking up my calls, I can't even demand a refund.

I don't even have a subscription ID or a reference ID. But I made the payment using Google pay and I have attached a screenshot of it.

I have paid 4250/- amount to Unisyn enterprises through Google pay scan on[protected] without any idea that i will be conned by these people as they were having company brochures and authentic looking Tata sky paper work. But, as soon as i realised after reading on google i called the numbers provided to me only to find out they aren't working.. Its so aggrevating to see a company doing this in the name of a company like TATA from so many years and still being allowed to do so. I want to take them to consumer court and will not let this slide like this now.. I found out the plans are actually quite cheaper to what was offered and I need my money back at any cost.

I got package from Unisyn Dealer for Tata sky with incorrect information, I had paid 3980/- via GPay
after looking at review and incorrect information I have cancelled this package but I am not getting answered by dealer leady.
I have dropped an email to [protected]@qaspl.com but no response.

Representative name is Nagaraj who gave false offers and after installing he is not responding.
This is nothing but cheating customers with false promotion. I have the brochure and conversation audio evidence.
I need cancellation and refund.

they give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the HD set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather etc..

I got some bad reviews from my friends and even from complaints from consumer forum, then immediately I have tried to call Mr. Chandra Shekar to cancel my connection request, but he has not responding to my calls.
Also sent mails to [protected]@tatasky.com for cancellation request, but no response. Also tried all the helpdesk numbers and none of them are working/answered.

Looks like there are many victims of this company, filed lot of complaints as well, please take severe action on this fraud company and sales executives and help me to get rid of this issue.

And one more important thing is that Unisyn people are not even answering my call after i am asking for refund of my amount.

My self Srikanth on[protected]booked tatasky setup box with the executive and I had cancelled my booking and ask for refund of money rs /- 3272.
Since from that I am contacting the executive but he is irresponsible and not liftng the call and not giving proper response..
So pls look in to the matter and credit my amount of rs/-3272 back to my account and I had made this payment through Phone pe to UNYSYN and requesting you to take action against such executive...who ..mis guide the customer...

I took the Tata sky connection through Unisyn Enterprises from the executive Srilatha. I did the transaction amount 2499 through phone pay on Oct 6th but it went to the status pending and the executive said if the transaction get success to Unisyn will return the amount to your account and suggested me to do other time I did again with the amount 2499 and it went to same status pending, may be it will happen with server problems and please do with Paytm I did the payment through paytm and it got success and they gave the Tatasky connection. After two days I checked the status in phone pay on 8th Oct the payment status is successful to Unisyn Enterprises. I called to Unisyn executive Srilatha she said will refund the amount and it will take for 21 days but today is 10th still the amount is not refunded and she is saying I don't have any information from our management so I can't tell the exact time, this is how the Unisysn Organisation playing with the customer. Thanks and Please do the needful.

Having paid a sum of rs.2, 164/- towards dish, stb a year back for telecast subscription on 10/07/2019 in favour of m/s. Unisyn enterprises vide their receipt no.349247 dated 10/07.2019 through my cheque bearing no.002895 dated 10/07/2019 of allahabad bank, hymayath nagar branch, to their representative mr. Shekar, the service is not initiated till date i. E, 11/08/2020. The cheque has been realised by my bankers on 15/07/2019. Till date nothing has been initiated. I have sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com explaining the matter. They are taking the compliant and closing with out solving it, made number of complaints.

As there is no response either from the dealer m/s. Unisyn enterprises, or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. Tatasky to instruct m/s. Unisyn enterprises to install as soon as possible.

I have paid rs.2351 to unisyn enterprises for tata sky connection. Later we decided not to take connection. Hence we have requested refund from unisyn enterprises. It's been more than 6 months i have neither connection not refund.

The sales girl name khushi had come to my company office in bangalore for selling subscription of tatasky dth with amazon fire stick at rs.2301 after two days i had received the call from tatasky about my subscription i requested them to cancel it and initiate the refund process they told me that they can only cancel it but for refund i have to contact the agency from i have bought the subscription i. E. Unisyn enterprises (2nd floor, 201/202, purva plaza, borivali west, mumbai-400066) so i contacted them for the same they told me that refund would be credited in 20-25 or till feb-2020 end but it's been more than six months and this company has not refunded my money every time that sales girl tell it will be done in next week but it is not.

I have purchased tata sky connection from unisyn enterprises on 05/03/2020. Still now there is no response. I want to cancelled my order. The connection taken in the rolling details.
