[Resolved] Unisyn Enterprises — Unisyn Enterprises No Response and Not Refunding the TATA SKY amount | |
Dear sir, I purchased TATA SKY new connection through unisyn enterprises (Authorized Channel Partner of TataSky) (Registered in Mumbai )by paying 2145/- on dated (27/12/2020) from sales executive/agent Mr. Chandra shekar (contact no: [protected], [protected]) (he claimed as so) from Hyderabad. I have paid amount through the Paytm. Order ID –[protected]. they give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the HD set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather etc.. I got some bad reviews from my friends and even from complaints from consumer forum, then immediately I have tried to call Mr. Chandra Shekar to cancel my connection request, but he has not responding to my calls. Also sent mails to [protected]@tatasky.com for cancellation request, but no response. Also tried all the helpdesk numbers and none of them are working/answered. Looks like there are many victims of this company, filed lot of complaints as well, please take severe action on this fraud company and sales executives and help me to get rid of this issue. Tataplay Customer care is worthless. Sharing contact details with them is useless. Instead of sorting out the issue, they harass you by their stereo type replies. Airtel DTH is much better. Atleast they don't cheat the public.
