Unisyn Jaipur — Tata sky connection with false information

Hi,

I have got a call from a guy name vikram singh on 20 th june. He was a sales executive o[censored]nisyn jaipur. Unisyn is a authorised reseller of tatasky.
He sold me new connection with false commitment where he told me that i will get three months recharge with this connection.
So far it is already 20 days passed and i didn't get promised recharge.
Now, this guy is not picking up my phone.
I have paid him through paytm and it was unisyn jaipur account.
