my father has purchased master gain 92 in 1992. number o[censored]nits alloted to him is 200 with reg.folio no.92 S5514080 and distinctive no. [protected] to [protected]. my father died recently in an accident.
so please intimate me the procedure of trasfering the shares into the name of nominee(my mother).

            My unit certificate no. Is R[protected] with 800 units. Name of holder is Smridhi and date of maturity is 30/12/2012. Till date there is no information regarding this from uti. Kindly help me get the refund. I have attached the certificate of the scheme with this complaint.

                          I Could not take it's maturity at the date of it's maturity.
