Respected Sir/Madam,

My father had invested in UNIT TRUST OF INDIA - RAJLAKSHMI UNIT PLAN (II) RUP (II) in my sister's name - Manisha Thakur

No. o[censored]nits: 300 (Face Value of Rs. 10/- per unit)

Certificate no: 2370981/#####5/2249
Maturity: 16/03/2015

We have the physical certificate of the same and wish to know the REDEMPTION or WITHDRAWL PROCESS at the earliest.

I have tried calling & emailing the customer care team but did not receive any response from them till date.

We are currently having a financial crunch and wish to withdraw the funds as early as possible.

Please look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.

    My grandfather had purchased these bonds in my name with maturity 15/06/2011 and now I get to know abt these bonds so kindly guide us how to redeem these bonds as customer care is not helping us and from site also I am not getting any help..         In some of my mother's UTI folios (US64 conversion) SMT -short form of shrimati- is prefixed by UTI before the name.
        Now, for any transaction, after submitting all necessary documents, UTI wants my mother to submit 'one and same person' affidavit in a stamped paper, duly attested by Notary. So, I request UTI to clarify the meaning of SMT used by it before the name of my mother in the following folios.

                        My father had bought 100 units @rs 10 per unit amounting 1000 rs on the name of deepu arya daughter of sakha ram arya unit certificate number R[protected], date of commencement 05/07/1993, date of maturity 05/07/2013.                           Now my father wants to track & redeem these units. They just have these account numbers with dividend copies.

We neither received allotment letter nor redemption amount so far.
